Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Grimoire iOS application and the website at mygrimoireplus.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Grimoire is a songwriting tool that lets you write lyrics, organize songs, and work with audio you import. Features may change over time. Some features (such as iCloud sync) may require a paid Premium unlock processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Your content
You retain ownership of the lyrics, audio, and other content you create or import (“Your Content”). You are responsible for having the rights to use any audio or material you bring into the app. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate features you enable (for example, syncing metadata through iCloud when you turn sync on).
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows.
Accounts
If you sign in (for example with Sign in with Apple), you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
Purchases and billing
Paid features are sold by Apple as In-App Purchases. Apple’s terms and refund policies apply. Manage subscriptions or purchases in your Apple ID settings where applicable.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
App Store
If you downloaded Grimoire from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or equivalent) terms that Apple requires for App Store apps. In case of conflict on Apple-mandated topics, Apple’s EULA controls those topics.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
